SONY SETS ``MIB'' RELEASE DATE: Sony Corp. has set Nov. 25 as the release date for the video version of ``Men In Black'' at a suggested retail price of $22.95, three weeks after Universal Studios rolls out the video for ``The Lost World: Jurassic Park.'' ``Men In Black'' has taken in $235.1 million domestically since its July 1 release, making it the year's top movie at the box office. Analysts believe the home video can sell between 15 million and 20 million copies.

 REFINANCES LOAN: Calabasas-based THQ Inc. has entered into an agreement for a larger and lower cost banking facility with Imperial Bank. The new agreement is designed to mirror the seasonal trends of THQ's business, providing advances under the credit line of up to $15 million during THQ's peak selling season, and up to $12 million outside the peak season. The former agreement provided for advances up to $9 million.

KUSHNER-LOCKE SIGNS DISNEY DEAL: The Kushner-Locke Co. announced it has closed a 15-picture deal with an option for five more titles with the Disney Channel in the United Kingdom. Under the deal, Kushner-Locke will provide its live-action ``Magic Adventures'' family films to the Disney Channel in the United Kingdom over the next three years.

HERBALIFE SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH SUPPLIERS: Herbalife International Inc. said it reached new agreements with three of its current suppliers of weight management pills and nutritional supplements. The three-year agreements with closely held A phrase used to describe the ownership, management, and operation of a corporation by a small group of people.

In a closely held corporation, the same people often act as shareholders, directors, and officers, and no outside investors exist.
 D&F Industries, Dynamic Products Inc. and Raven Industries Inc. will become effective Jan. 12 when the current supply agreements expire. The contracts give Herbalife ownership or control of almost all the formulas for about 40 weight management and nutritional supplements.
