Intero intends to open franchise offices throughout the county.

The local family that owns the 12,649-square-foot property at 16030 Ventura Blvd. in Encino leased it to the business management and consulting firm Philpott Bills Stoll and Meeks LLP, and, upon completion of build-outs, will expand into part of an adjoining office suite. The new lease of the larger suite will take place next month.

Furthermore, Ron Feder, Joe Jusko and Scott Linklater of Lee and Associates' Calabasas office have negotiated three separate industrial leases in Canoga Park totaling more than $1.3million. Working on behalf of the TLM Group, Feder, Jusko and Linklater negotiated the leases for units at 8116 Deering Ave. The units went to Gilmore Shutters, Tikal Doors and Deans Catering, Inc.
