The Pacoima Neighborhood Council recently voted to have its land-use committee conduct a study of Providence Holy Cross Medical Center's environmental report to build a 101-bed patient-care building. After the 30-day study is complete, the council will give its recommendation on whether to support the addition. Sylmar and Mission Hills councils have already voted to support it.
