 champion and creator of the Tae Bo fitness system Billy Blanks is relocating his center from Sherman Oaks to the Watercourt mixed-use complex in Westlake Village. Blanks signed the five-year lease for 11,000square feet at 880 Hampshire Road for $1.1million. Lloyd Wertheimer of Westcord represented him, and Tony Principe represented the landlord, Watercourt Partnership. Blanks is scheduled to open the center in May.

Thousand Oaks-based Axcess Real Estate Services recently launched its "Client Care Program," a referral list of service providers including carpet cleaners, maid services, general contractors and financial advisers. The list is made of vendors and associates that Axcess has done business with over the years and who come highly recommended.

Yahoo! Inc. and Woodland Hills-based United Online Inc. recently announced a multiyear agreement under which Yahoo! will continue to deliver its search and results to United Online's Internet access services. United Online is a provider of consumer Internet and media services.
