Impress plans to relocate from Canoga Park and occupy the new facility at 9320 Lurline Ave. on Jan. 1. Gaye Hirsch and Joanna Klein have joined the Burbank-based CW TV network as vice president of current programming and vice president of drama development, respectively. Hirsch was previously the senior executive at Cruise/Wagner Productions. Klein was previously the vice president of development and current programming at Regency Television.
