The new unit, called Steel Services, will be responsible for the Company's planned melt shop to support its American Steel & Wire and Kankakee mini-mill operations, supply chain management, utilities contracts, transportation, the Company's potential entry into HBI/DRI manufacturing and other supply contract negotiations. H. Avery Hilton, Jr., 48, will serve as President of the newly formed Steel Services Business Unit.
