Robert G. Wilson was appointed Executive Vice President for the Birmingham business unit, which includes the Company's Birmingham, Jackson, Kankakee and Seattle mini-mills. Larry K. Keiser was appointed Business Manager for the Birmingham business unit. Keiser has been employed by the Company's American Steel & Wire Corporation subsidiary since 1989 and most recently served as General Manager--Marketing and Business Information Systems.
