BIR to unveil new Web format. (BIR News).

 Web site, found at www.bir.org, will be debuted at the BIR Spring Convention in Monte Carlo Monte Carlo (môNtā` kärlō`), town (1982 pop. 13,150), principality of Monaco, on the Mediterranean Sea and the French Riviera. . Extended membership services and increased information availability on recycling issues will be stressed on the redesigned Web site.
