Shareholders Approve Merger.Business Editors MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 7, 2000 BIOSYNTECH Inc (OTCBB OTCBB See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). :BSYI)(formerly dream team international Inc) announces that its merger with BIOSYNTECH Canada Inc has been approved by the shareholders of BIOSYNTECH Canada Inc and is expected to close on or before february 11, 2000. Following the completion of the merger, BIOSYNTECH Inc will issue to the former shareholders of BIOSYNTECH Canada up to 16,696,440 shares of its common stock, which will give BIOSYNTECH Inc a total issued and outstanding capital of up to 28,696,440 shares of common stock.
