BIONOL CORPORATION AND AHLSTROM KAYMR INC. FORM ALLIANCE

 HINGHAM, Mass., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Bionol Corporation and Ahlstrom Kaymr Inc. of Glens Falls, N.Y., have formed an alliance to commercialize technology to convert pulp and paper waste products to fuel grade ethanol. Bionol will be primarily responsible for project development, site selection, permitting, contractual arrangements, etc. Ahlstrom Kaymr will be primarily responsible for technical development, engineering and construction.
 Bionol Corporation is the holder of a sublicense from Bioenergy International, to use Patent No. 5,000,000 and related technologies. Bioenergy is a subsidiary of Quadrex Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: QUAD); a NASDAQ listed company.
