GencartaTM will provide researchers with access to Compugen's proprietary LEADS transcriptome database. The periodic application of LEADS analysis and data mining tools to various public and non-public databases result in one comprehensive data source, which includes tens of thousands of predicted genes and splice variants, putative cSNPs and annotated genomic information.
