BIO Announces Sessions for Pacific Rim Summit on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioenergy.


WASHINGTON -- Experts in the field of industrial biotechnology and bioenergy from across the globe will participate in the Pacific Rim Summit on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioenergy.  (BIO), the State of Hawaii, and the American Chemical Society The American Chemical Society (ACS) is a learned society (professional association) based in the United States that supports scientific inquiry in the field of chemistry. Founded in 1876 at New York University, the ACS currently has over 160,000 members at all degree-levels and in , the meeting will take place in Honolulu, Hawaii, November 14-16, 2007.

"The Pacific Rim Summit on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioenergy draws thought leaders from around the world to discuss important and timely issues that will form the future of the industry," said Jim Greenwood, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
