 (BIO) is pleased to announce the recent hire of Sandra J. P. Dennis as BIO's new Deputy General Counsel for Healthcare Regulatory Affairs.

Ms. Dennis was most recently a Partner at Morgan, Lewis, & Bockius, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , where she focused on the FDA/Healthcare Regulation practice, with a concentration on regulatory, legislative, policy and corporate/transactional aspects of food, drug, and medical device law. Previously, Ms. Dennis worked at the legal firms of Fox, Bennett & Turner, and Keller & Heckman as an Associate and Partner. Ms. Dennis also served as a local television news anchor in Columbia, South Carolina Columbia is the state capital and largest city of South Carolina. As of 2006, estimates for the population of the city proper is 122,819[1]. Columbia is the county seat of Richland County, but a small portion of the city extends into Lexington County. .

She holds a B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University Pennsylvania State University, main campus at University Park, State College; land-grant and state supported; coeducational; chartered 1855, opened 1859 as Farmers' High School. , and received her J.D. from the University of South Carolina
