The ride has raised more than $1 million each year since 1993. This year, the celebrity contingent also includes Peter Fonda, the ride's honorary grand marshal. Riders will begin gathering around 6 a.m. at Shokouh's dealership, Harley-Davidson of Glendale, located at 3717 San Fernando Road. The road, and 22 adjacent streets, will be completely closed to all other traffic while the bikers assemble. The first bikers should reach Castaic Lake around 11 a.m., with the barbecue and concert lasting until 5 p.m. |
