The event is part of California Bike Commute Week 2004, which will begin Monday and conclude Friday. The goal of this annual effort, now in its 10th year, is to develop bicycling as a viable form of transportation to and from the workplace, which will decrease traffic congestion The condition of a network when there is not enough bandwidth to support the current traffic load.
