THE UK girls motocross champion could lose her title because her motorbike has been stolen.

Kerry Kerry, county (1991 pop. 121,894), 1,815 sq mi (4,701 sq km), SW Republic of Ireland. The county town is Tralee. Kerry consists of a series of mountainous peninsulas that extend into the Atlantic.  Wilson has won the title eight times.

But the 20-year-old Scot has been unable to train for next year's competition after a thief took her pounds 5000 Kawasaki 250 from her shed.

Kerry, of Dunfermline, Fife, said: "I am really panicking.

"The bike is the most important thing in the world to me and if I don't have it I can't take part in the competition.

"Even if there is some way to get it replaced on insurance before the trials for the event begin in February, I will still be in trouble. All the other girls are in training at the moment and I can't. I have been saving up for ages to go to Europe next year to enter some professional races.

"But all that is up in the air now because I have no bike and may have to use the little money I have scraped together to put towards a new one."

Kerry, a receptionist, added: "I just wish whoever took it could know how much it means tome and give it back.

"The bike's suspension and brakes have been specially tuned for me and I feel comfortable riding it."

Kerry became hooked hooked adverb Addicted  on the sport at the aged of six after seeing her dad David race.

He is now her coach and she competes for the TWMA TWMA Till We Meet Again

Kerry often has to compete against men when racing in Scotland because there are not enough women taking part in the sport north of the Border.

During her riding career, she has had some spectacular crashes and knocked herself out a few times.

Kerry said: "If I know I'm about to crash I just shut my eyes."

Last night, a police spokesman said: "We are aware of the theft and an investigation has been launched."
