BOOKIES last night paid out on the first Big Brother bonk after Stuart and Michelle shared a steamy session under the dining table.

Geordie Michelle built their makeshift love shack out of stools and cushions before luring Stu inside by promising him a 'big secret'.

Student Stu finally disappeared inside despite saying: 'I don't know if this is a secret I'm ready to hear.'

An hour of muffled gasps, moans and the odd whimper followed until a bedraggled Stuart emerged, followed by his beaming girlfriend.

Big Brother repeatedly cut away from the scene saying the housemates' actions in the early hours of yesterday were not suitable for broadcast.

Bookmakers Ladbrokes last night said they would pay out on sex bets.

A spokesman said: 'We have seen what Michelle and Stuart got up to and are convinced the Big Brother bonk has happened.

'We're going to pay out to the thousands who bet it would happen.

'Even from the start, the odds were pretty low as we were pretty sure it would happen.

'Those who bet at the start of the series could get an evens bet while earlier this week the odds were 2/1 on.

'We didn't take any huge bets on this but there'll be a good few folk getting a three-figure sum.'

In a coded conversation with Shell yesterday, the wannabe Page Three girl seemed to confirm the speculation by hinting that the pair did more than just kiss and cuddle under the table.

Michelle told the blonde graduate: 'I'm not allowed to talk about it ... He made me promise.' The brazen brunette revealed her 'immune system' had been 'boosted' by the under the table antics.

Shell asked: 'Did he use a tool to give it to you or did he use his hands?'

'A tool,' Michelle giggled, with a surprised Shell responding, 'Seriously?'

The pair appeared to have planned their clinch, each of them getting out of bed while other contestants slept.

Michelle pulled in the stools after them, asking: 'Have I made it cosy?'

Stuart, 20, stuttered in response: 'Are you just up for talking for a bit?'

But the noises coming from the table suggested the couple did more than that on the Channel 4 show.

The couple had fallen out a few hours beforehand after Stuart refused to marry Michelle in a mock wedding.

A downbeat Michelle went on to drink Babycham and wine on Shell's 'hen night', part of the show's latest wedding task. Then she watched Stu strip as the boys performed a Full Monty routine.

Hairdresser Dan was seen leaving the bedroom while they romped but he didn't seem to notice that two of his housemates had disappeared.

Nadia also got up in the middle of the night to get some water.

She stood just feet from the table but again had no suspicions. A Big Brother spokesman said they had no idea whether the lovers had actually had sex.

He added: 'Viewers can watch and see for themselves what they think happened.'

The couple will remain in the house together for at least another week as neither was put up for eviction.

Soft porn channel Playboy TV have offered pounds 50,000 each to the first couple to have sex on the show.
