BIG, BOLD, AND BEYOND COMPARE: FINAST'S 17TH SUPERSTORE
MAPLE HEIGHTS, Ohio, June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Ohio Division of First National Supermarkets announced the opening of its newest Finast Superstore on June 28 at 7 a.m. Located in Parmatown Shopping Center in Parma, Ohio, the new 90,000 square foot superstore is the most sensational store Finast has opened to date.
Adjacent to the current Finast on Day Drive, the 24 hour Flagship store replaces the former Finast supermarket slated to close on June 27 at 6 p.m. More than 185 jobs have been created with the new Finast Superstore, in addition to the 160 Finast associates transferred from other Finast stores.
William C. Holsworth, president of the Ohio Division of First National Supermarkets, said, "We're setting new standards in this marketplace for quality perishables, superstore variety and first class service. No other supermarket in this area has a food court with seven separate food areas, computerized cake decorating, or a Beverage Depot with a remarkable selection of drinks and beverages, more than any other area store. The full service Fifth Third Bank provides a complete menu of banking services any day of the week including Sundays and weekday evenings. This store is clearly the most complete store we've opened."
Customer service is a top priority, from the pledge all Finast associates take to the separate consulting area for personalized interaction between customers and the Finast pharmacist. Customers can order their own variety of Chop block Bread and see it kneaded to perfection. Produce and floral work areas, once hidden from customer view, are easily seen in this store.
Other store services include a full service pharmacy, food delivery, local and international floral delivery, Food Court fax service, an automated teller machine that accepts deposits, and electronic debit service at every checkout. In addition to regular banking services, customers can apply for a mortgage, trade stocks, or open a certificate of deposit at the Fifth Third Bank.
Located at 7919 Day Drive in Parma, the 24 hour Finast will be open from Mondays at 7 a.m. to Saturdays at 11 p.m. Sunday hours are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
To celebrate the opening of this 17th Finast Superstore, special sweepstake prizes, costumed characters, food samples and demonstrations will take place through July 11.
The Ohio Division of First National Supermarkets operates 35 Finast Stores, five Pick-N-Pays and one Vix Deep Discount store in Northeastern Ohio.
