Under the agreement eCom and OTOC plan to integrate eCom's DryIce(tm) compression utility, along with various broadband wireless delivery systems, to achieve a comprehensive bundled services package that will provide high-speed Internet connectivity to selected markets throughout the U.S. and abroad. Pursuant to the mutual agreement between BIFS and eCom, both companies will share in the profits from the venture.
