BIB Ltd. Announces License Agreement for m. Sasson Brand.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 2003

BIB Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sasson Group Inc. (OTCBB: SSSN) announced today that it had entered into an exclusive multi-year license agreement with Mark TM, LLC, the owner of the Maurice Sasson and m. Sasson brands and an affiliate of Jordache Enterprises Inc. Under the license agreement for the m. Sasson brand, the company has the exclusive rights to design, manufacture, promote and sell Missy, Junior and Young Men's denim apparel throughout the United States. This branded line will include a full range of denim driven pants, shorts, and skirts; twill shorts and pants as well as woven shirts and knit tops.
