BIB Holdings to Launch New m.Sasson Label at MAGIC Show; Company Capitalizes on Denim Resurgence with Modern Style, Affordability and Accessibility for Today's Consumer.

BIB Holdings, Ltd. (OTCBB: BIBO) today announced that it is scheduled to launch its new m.Sasson label, including young men's and junior collections, at this year's winter MAGIC Show, to be held in Las Vegas from February 23-26, 2004.

m.Sasson is a trademarked brand of high quality young men's and juniors denim and casual clothing designed, sourced and marketed by BIB Holdings. The company has an exclusive multiyear license agreement with Mark TM, LLC, to design, manufacture, promote and sell apparel under the m.Sasson brand name throughout the United States.

m.Sasson's young men's line features both collections and separates with two distinct themes: Airborne and Workwear. The Airborne group includes clothing that is relaxed in fit, but bold in style. Items such as parachute pants with decals and gel striping will keep today's top guns comfortable and cutting edge. The Workwear group incorporates street-styled work wear with suspenders, broken-in fabrics and canvas pieces for a look that is fashion forward, yet accessible for today's young men.

The junior line will be comprised of four collections: 80's Revival, Urban Chic, Airborne and Victorian Boudoir. The 80's Revival includes fabric treatments and hardware reminiscent of early Madonna. In contrast, Victorian Boudoir incorporates lace and ruffles for a contemporary, yet feminine touch. The Urban Chic collection boasts vintage worn looks with a metropolitan feel, while the Airborne collection has features similar to the young men's line, but with an array of finishes, detailing and softer colors.

The m.Sasson line is moderately priced with men's and women's jeans selling at retail for approximately $38 and $48 respectively, and men's and women's shirts and tops selling for $15 to $30. The complete collection of m.Sasson will be shown at the winter MAGIC show in Las Vegas, booth numbers JR 50520, located at the Sands Convention Center, and YM21125, located in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
