BIB Holdings Reports Backlog of $4.1 Million as of January 31, 2004; Company on Target to Exceed 2004 Sales Goal of $16.5 Million; Private Labels Fuel Strong Growth.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2004

BIB Holdings, Ltd. (OTCBB:BIBO) today announced a backlog of booked orders totaling more than $4.1 million as of January 31, 2004, comprised predominantly of the Company's private label apparel. For the entire fiscal year ended December 31, 2003, BIB Holdings shipped apparel totaling $3.5 million. The Company noted that neither figure includes orders for its new, leading m.Sasson label apparel, which will be unveiled at the MAGIC Show, to be held February 23-26, 2004, in Las Vegas.

Gail Binder, chief executive officer of BIB Holdings, said, "Our substantial increase in backlog orders for the month of January is evidence of strong growth potential and strength in our existing business. These bookings show that the Company is well on its way to hitting its sales goal of $16.5 million for the entire year, with 25 percent already in-house. Our sales force has worked successfully to provide our customers with quality, fashionable apparel at affordable prices and we expect this trend to continue. The Company's domestic suspender program, for example, has performed exceptionally, with an increase in orders with existing stores nationwide. We anticipate growth of approximately 16 percent in our suspender program this year for a total of more than $2 million in sales.
