The Actuate e.Services Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence
(CoE) Service provides the tools, methodology and best practices
required to centralise Business Intelligence (B1) within large
enterprises. It is designed to provide customers with a service to
produce the tools, methodology and best practices required to implement
a flexible and efficient centralised Business Intelligence delivery
framework
Beginning with a one-week Planning and Roadmap strategy engagement,
Actuate e.Services coordinates efforts with the interdependent CoE
functional groups including infrastructure planning, operations,
business facing IT, application development and executive sponsors to
plan, strategise and implement a Business Intelligence Centre of
Excellence.
