BHS to lease Cove building.


Brown Harris Stevens has been named the leasing agent for 70 Glen Street in Glen Cove, New York Glen Cove is a city in Nassau County, New York on the North Shore of Long Island. As of the United States 2000 Census, the city population was 26,622. The Pistilli Group recently closed on the "technologically smart" 70 Glen Street building and will begin renovations shortly. Pistilli Realty Group has plans to renovate and restore 70 Glen Street. The transformation is expected to be as impressive as their renovation of Jamaica Savings Bank savings bank, financial institution that, until recently, performed only the following functions: receiving savings deposits of individuals, investing them, and providing a modest return to its depositors in the form of interest.  Financial's office building in Long Island, according to according to

Mr. Sargoy, who handles the leasing of Merrick Road Merrick Road, named Merrick Boulevard inside New York City, is a road running from Jamaica, Queens, New York east through Merrick, New York to the line between Nassau and Suffolk Counties, where it becomes Montauk Highway.  and will be directing the leasing at 70 Glen Street, stated: "Joseph and Anthony Pistilli did a fabulous job of renovating a single user building at 303 Merrick Road into a multiple tenant space, turning it into one of the finest buildings on the South Shore of Long Island." According to Pistilli, the building is ideally suited for a company's corporate headquarters or as a multi-tenant office building.
