LLC - Logical Link Control
 has opened its 5,000 s/f ground-floor retail store at 1121 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S.  and 84th Street. The office serves as the first retail sales office for Brown Harris Stevens.

The new 1121 Madison Avenue office is situated on the ground floor of a charming co-operative apartment building. The office's 40 brokers will be working with Peter R. Marra, executive vice president of the residential sales division.

"The new office reflects the level of service Brown Hands Stevens offers to its customers," said Marra. "When our customers walk in, they will encounter an atmosphere of service and personal attention second to none and immediately know that they are in the best of hands whether they are buying or selling a home."
