Swig and William Lie Zeckendorf, co-chairmen of Brown Harris Stevens. The new logo solidifies Feathered Nest's alliance with Brown Harris Stevens, while further positioning Feathered Nest as the industry leader in residential rentals for both the retail market and the on-site market. For Feathered Nest, the logo also represents a new corporate image, and through its union with Feathered Nest, Brown Harris Stevens has reconfirmed its presence as one of the largest residential service firms in the industry. "We think that our new logo and marketing program carries Feathered Nest to the next level of establishing the firm as the undisputed leader in the residential rental market," said Kent M. Swig, co-chairman of Brown Harris Stevens. Founded in 1979, by Nancy Packes, Feathered Nest consists of more than 90 people engaged exclusively in residential sales and rentals.
