) have signed a marketing and product development agreement.

The agreement gives BHS the exclusive right to market NRT optical sorting equipment to material recovery facilities and secondary plastic processors when paired with BHS' plastic processing equipment. BHS and NRT have agreed to join together to develop optical sorting equipment for the MSW (MicroSoft Word) See Microsoft Word. , C&D, residential and commercial recyclable markets. Furthermore, the new company will engage in product development activities to extend optical sorting technologies into new applications in residential, commercial, C&D and electronics recycling markets.
