BHFC NAMES REDDINGTON CEO.LANCASTER, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 1997--G. Joseph Reddington, the CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. of Signature Group (jointly owned by Montgomery Ward and General Electric Capital Corporation) has been named chief executive officer and a director of privately held Breuners Home Furnishings Corporation (BHFC BHFC Backward Horizontal F Code ). BHFC is a mid to upper end furniture retailer with operations on both the East and West coasts. In this new role, he assumes the CEO duties from Michael H. Solomon and reports to BHFC's Board of Directors. Solomon remains chairman of the board of BHFC. Fred Berk, president of BHFC, will report to Reddington. Reddington joined Signature Group as CEO in 1994.
