BROOKFIELD, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 1999--

Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ:FISV) announced today that effective November 1, 1999, BHC BHC - Bank Holding Company

 Securities, Inc. will change its name to Fiserv Securities, Inc., according to Leslie M. Muma, Vice Chairman, President and CEO of Fiserv. BHC is a securities clearing and execution subsidiary based in Philadelphia, and part of the Fiserv Securities Processing Group.

"Adopting the Fiserv name will allow BHC to gain additional recognition in the financial services marketplace, while continuing to expand on its role as one of the resources available within our Securities Processing Group," said Robert H. Beriault, President & COO, Fiserv Securities Processing Group. "In addition, the new name will more clearly reflect the broader processing and support services that Fiserv has offered its network of both bank and non-bank affiliated broker-dealers for over 15 years."

As Fiserv Securities, Inc., the BHC organization will continue to deliver high quality securities processing, real time clearing and execution, and market-driven technology that helps keep Fiserv clients ahead of the competition.
