:BGII BGII Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn (computer game) ) today announced that the Board of Directors has appointed executive vice president, Ed Reckdenwald, to the position of president and chief executive officer. With this new appointment, Reckdenwald assumes full responsibility for all aspects of BGI's growth, sales and marketing strategies and operations. BGI's founder, Reid Funderburk, will continue in a key leadership position as the chairman of the board and will continue to direct new product development and market expansion activities.
