BGC Partners Raises over $10 Million on Fifth Annual Global Charity Trading Day.


Total Raised for Charity over Five Years Tops $33 Million

), one of the world's leading inter-dealer brokers, announced today that it raised over $10 million for charity on its fifth annual global Charity Day held on Friday, 11 September 2009, bringing the total over four years to more than $33 million. Every year on September 11, BGC donates its global revenues to charity in commemoration of those lost in the World Trade Center attacks.

Revenues from the day will be donated to a number of charities around the world.
