BGA relay.

Requiring no slot or hole in the PC board to mount this device, the B41 4-independent channel form-A BGA reed relay allows for shorter RF paths in a controlled 50[OMEGA] environment to minimize signal attenuation. Each channel has an RF insertion loss (-3 dB roll-off point) of >8 GHz. A combination of coaxial and magnetic shielding reduces adjacent closed inter-channel RF crosstalk to -40 dB at 1 GHz test signal.
