:BFX), announced today a net income of $78,000 or $.02 per share on revenues of $4,054,000 for its first quarter ended Dec. 31, 1999.

For the same period last year, the net loss was $264,000, or $.06 per share on revenues of $3,773,000.

In making the announcement, Mr. McLean stated, &uot;The improvement in our first quarter results over the prior year was related to solid performances by the Stockyards Hotel, H3 Ranch ranch, large farm devoted chiefly to raising and breeding cattle, horses, sheep, and goats. The cattle ranch was introduced from Latin America to Texas and the plains of the W United States and Canada.  and Lucile's with a record performance by Cats Meow.
