BFGoodrich, Coltec merge.


Raw material supplier BFGoodrich, Charlotte, NC, recently finalized See finalization.  its merger with aerospace and industrial products manufacturer Coltec Industries - also of Charlotte - creating a $6 billion multi-industry company. The new entity will produce products for aerospace systems, performance materials and industrial markets. The merger is expected to provide BFGoodrich with growth, enhanced opportunities and better customer service.
