BEZENET, INC. (OTC: BZNT) and VENCAP HOLDINGS INC. announced today that due to the satisfactory results of the first six months of operation in Europe, BEZENET, INC. confirmed and formalised a new business agreement for the exclusive representation of the BEZENET European Group to IVATT Industries Ltd, company specialized in URL portals realisation and management, editorial, cinematography and artistic productions.

The certification of the URL portals PANDACUS.IT and TIKI.IT confirms an average daily traffic of 1 600 000 hits with approximately 7.35 minutes per visit. The business program of expansion for Europe and North America includes the introduction on the market of a new extremely innovative URL spherical portal, that speeds up the download process and makes surfing a lot easier.
