During Paul's reign Greece followed a pro-Western policy, and the Cyprus question was temporarily resolved.  D. Hutt, 39, of 95 Frye St., Marlboro, was arrested by Officer Carl Corriveau at 2:12 a.m., and charged with a marked lanes violation, speeding and operating under the influence of liquor liquor /li·quor/ (lik´er) (li´kwor) pl. liquors, liquo´res   [L.]

William P. Flynn, 18, of 15 Newton Road, Westminster, was arrested at 2:44 p.m., and charged with possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute.

Paul Richard Paul Richard was the Mayor of New York from 1735 to 1739.
