William Clyde "Bill" Elliott
 as an officer of the Corporation, and has announced that he will assume responsibility for the Company's medical-surgical supply operations as President. The Company's Durr Medical subsidiary will change its name to Bergen Brunswig Medical Corporation, coinciding with Bergen's integrated strategy.
