BERG ELECTRONICS GROUP, INC. ACQUIRES SPECIALTY CONNECTOR COMPANY.ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 13, 1995--In a transaction that broadens the product offering of Berg Electronics Group, Inc. in the data communications, telecommunications and instrumentation markets, Berg today announced that it has acquired Specialty Connector Company, of Franklin, Indiana, a manufacturer of RF and microwave connectors. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Specialty Connector has annual revenues of approximately $15 million. Robert N.
