BENTLEY SUBSIDIARY MARKETS GENERIC CIPRO.


Bentley Pharmaceuticals, Inc.'s Spanish subsidiary, Laboratorios Davur, has a current registration and markets a generic equivalent to Bayer's branded product, Cipro(R) in 250 mg., 500 mg. and 750 mg. dosages. Although a Bentley subsidiary once manufactured large quantities of this product, it is now produced by a third party that supplies Bentley's Spanish subsidiary.
