SIMI VALLEY Simi Valley (sē`mē, sĭm`ē), city (1990 pop. 100,217), Ventura co., SW Calif. in an oil, fruit, and farm region; laid out 1887, inc. 1969.  -- A fundraising breakfast for charity is scheduled for today and special holiday entertainment is slated through the month of December at the Simi Valley Town Center Simi Valley Town Center is a shopping center located in Simi Valley, California. The mall opened in 2005 with Macy's and Robinsons-May as anchor stores. The Robinsons-May store was converted into a Macy's Men and Home Store on September 9, 2006. , including musical programs featuring local bands, choirs and carolers.

All of the performances are either in the mall's center court or the food court.

On Monday, the Walnut Canyon Elementary School elementary school: see school.  Children's Choir will perform from 6 to 7 p.m., and on Tuesday and Thursday, the Cultural Arts Center Carolers will perform from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

The Late Night Band will be featured Friday from 6 to 9 p.m., and on Saturday, Brownie Troop 612 will sing from 1 to 2 p.m., followed in the evening from 6 to 7 o'clock by a performance from Bobbies School of Dance.

On Dec. 18 and Dec. 20, the Cultural Arts Center Carolers will perform at 7 p.m. Also on Dec. 18, Simi SIMI Sea Ice Mechanics Initiative

The Santa Susana High School Santa Susana High School is the third high school located in Simi Valley. The school campus is a middle school that was converted. The school colors are: silver, black, white, and teal. The school mascot is the Troubador. They are a school of the arts.  band is featured Dec. 19 from 6 to 8 p.m., and the Simi Valley Kiwanis Club Carolers will perform at 6 p.m. Dec. 21. On Dec. 23, the Milestone Trio will perform at 6 p.m.

Today's fundraiser with Santa Claus is scheduled from from 9 to 11 a.m. to help the Simi Valley-Moorpark Association of Realtors work with Habitat for Humanity Habitat for Humanity, nonprofit ecumenical Christian organization that enables low-income people to own affordable, livable housing. Headquartered in Americus, Ga., it was founded in 1976 by businessman Millard Fuller and his wife.  to build new homes in Simi Valley.

Tickets are $5 per person for the breakfast and a photo with Santa, and all proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity.

Alexandra Petrossian, left, Soraaya Eslamieh, Kirit Singh and Tatiana Rosen of the Chatsworth Hills Academy Chatsworth Hills Academy (CHA) is a private, coeducational day school located in Chatsworth, California, USA. CHA students are enrolled in Grades K through Eight and Preschool.  Choir perform holiday songs at the Simi Town Center on Saturday in Simi Valley. About 30 third- and fourth-graders from the Chatsworth Hills Academy, led by Michael Gussin, made their annual appearance, and their first at the Town Center.
