BELO SIGNS DEFINITIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR KIRO-TV.


DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 1994--A.H. Belo Corporation has signed a definitive purchase agreement in connection with its previously-announced acquisition from KIRO, Inc. and Bonneville Holding Company, affiliates of Bonneville International Corporation, of station KIRO-TV in Seattle, Wash. Applications will be filed shortly by the parties to obtain the approvals of the appropriate government agencies to the transaction.
