BELMONT HOMES, INC. COMPLETES PUBLIC OFFERING OF COMMON STOCK.


BELMONT, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 26, 1996--Belmont Homes, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:BHIX BHIX Brooklyn Health Information Exchange (New York) ) announced today that it has completed its public offering of 1,630,000 shares of Common Stock at $16.00 per share, including 830,000 shares offered by certain selling shareholders. The offering was managed by Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc. and Equitable Securities Corporation.
