Bell is the Dean of Erskine Theological Seminary and Professor of Pastoral Care & Counseling. He is a minister in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. He received his B.A. , an aerospace engineer who was an active volunteer for decades with the Presbyterian Church of Granada Hills and a past commander for his Veterans of Foreign Wars post. He died after a long illness Friday at the age of 76. Bell was born in Studley, Kansas, and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
