Lewis Textiles is owned by the management of Belding Hausman Inc. and J. Lewis Partners, L.P., an investment firm with other textile interests headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The sale was completed effective as of July 12, 1996. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
