The bitterness of the Sovereign hops lingers well and produces a dry, final aftertaste. It's a very hoppy traditional ale, so it may be too bitter for some but perfect if you like your beers packed with taste and flavour. Spring Ahead is the ideal accompaniment to strong cheese. |
