Rodriguez sells the hard to find ingredients. ``It was hard for me to find certain things, so I thought it would be easier for me to distribute the products so that people wouldn't have to search for ingredients,'' she said. The book includes chapters on face, hair and skin treatments, including recipes for facials, body exfoliating massages, weight loss and preventing hair loss. It comes with three free samples of essential oils to use in preparing certain recipes. ``It's been really challenging, but it's been fun.
