, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV) today announced that BEA Systems BEA Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAS) is one of the major companies developing enterprise infrastructure software. BEA makes middleware, products that help software run on top of databases. , Inc. (BEAS), one of the world's leading e-business infrastructure software companies, has entered into an agreement to bundle Interwoven's entry-level content management solution with its new BEA WebLogic A software suite from BEA Systems, Inc., San Jose, CA (www.beasys.com) that is used to deploy Web and SOA applications. The core product is BEA WebLogic Server, a J2EE application server.  Commerce Server(tm) 3.1 and BEA WebLogic Personalization Server(tm) 3.1. The bundling will help e-businesses speed their time to market with personalized e-commerce applications, and make it easier to create and manage personalized content.

BEA WebLogic Commerce Server 3.1 and BEA WebLogic Personalization Server 3.1 will ship with Interwoven Content Express for BEA to provide business users with easy-to-use content management functionality. Business users will be able to enter, modify and classify content for personalization on the fly and manage approvals and changes effortlessly through predefined workflows. Content Express for BEA also will provide companies with the ability to perform whole site versioning and rollback A DBMS feature that reverses the current transaction out of the database, returning the data to its former state. A rollback is performed when processing a transaction fails at some point, and it is necessary to start over. See two-phase commit. .
