Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV) today announced that BEA Systems, Inc. (BEAS), one of the world's leading e-business infrastructure software companies, has entered into an agreement to bundle Interwoven's entry-level content management solution with its new BEA WebLogic Commerce Server(tm) 3.1 and BEA WebLogic Personalization Server(tm) 3.1. The bundling will help e-businesses speed their time to market with personalized e-commerce applications, and make it easier to create and manage personalized content.

BEA WebLogic Commerce Server 3.1 and BEA WebLogic Personalization Server 3.1 will ship with Interwoven Content Express for BEA to provide business users with easy-to-use content management functionality. Business users will be able to enter, modify and classify content for personalization on the fly and manage approvals and changes effortlessly through predefined workflows. Content Express for BEA also will provide companies with the ability to perform whole site versioning and rollback. Content Express for BEA will be available later this year for download with BEA WebLogic Commerce Server and BEA WebLogic Personalization Server from www.bea.com.
