This jointly developed software, to be called Broadbase Analytics for BEA, will provide a highly intelligent customer management platform that transforms raw customer data into sophisticated interactive marketing campaigns with highly personalized content. Broadbase's rich analytic applications Analytic Applications are a type of business application software, used to measure and improve the performance of business operations. More specifically, Analytic Applications are a type of Business Intelligence solution.  will empower BEA customers to evaluate critical behavioral and transactional data from online users to create and optimize personalization rules, product offers, and interactive marketing campaigns -- resulting in increased revenue and improved customer acquisition and retention. In addition, Broadbase will provide BEA customers a seamless path to the Broadbase E-Marketing suite, for BEA customers that require an operational marketing platform for both on-line and off-line marketing campaign development and execution.

Announced at BEA eWorld 2001 today, BEA Campaign Manager for WebLogic and the bundled Broadbase Analytics for BEA, is scheduled to ship in April, and be downloaded from www.bea.com.
