This jointly developed software, to be called Broadbase Analytics for BEA, will provide a highly intelligent customer management platform that transforms raw customer data into sophisticated interactive marketing campaigns with highly personalized content. Broadbase's rich analytic applications will empower BEA customers to evaluate critical behavioral and transactional data from online users to create and optimize personalization rules, product offers, and interactive marketing campaigns -- resulting in increased revenue and improved customer acquisition and retention. In addition, Broadbase will provide BEA customers a seamless path to the Broadbase E-Marketing suite, for BEA customers that require an operational marketing platform for both on-line and off-line marketing campaign development and execution.
