We look forward to completing enrollment over the next several weeks, analyzing the data and reporting our efficacy results in April."

"We are encouraged with the progress we are making in our Phase III BEMA Fentanyl program for breakthrough cancer pain. We plan to give additional guidance on the timing of our NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) An agreement signed between two parties that have to disclose confidential information to each other in order to do business. In general, the NDA states why the information is being divulged and stipulates that it cannot be used for any  submission when we have our results from this efficacy trial," said BDSI's President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , Dr. Mark Sirgo. We continue to focus the use of our financial and other resources into moving this program forward as we envision our BEMA Fentanyl product taking its place as the next available product in the fast-dissolving fentanyl breakthrough cancer pain market place, following Cephalon's newly launched Fentora.
