BDO Seidman LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , one of the nation's leading professional service organizations, has announced that Neil Moran, the first recipient to receive the FBI Shield of Bravery and FBI Star Medal simultaneously, has joined the firm's Fraud Investigation and Recovery Services Team (FIRST(R)), effective immediately.
